Order with credit/debit cards Returns
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. Once in receipt of the item(s) Star Clippers Sloop Shop will inspect the goods and if the item(s) are in sellable condition and returned as delivered a full refund will be credited to the credit card used.

Exceptions
You must return items within 10 days in a new and unused condition. Items should be returned in their original packaging.

If you do not we may retain the item(s) and / or not refund at all or refund the current or last selling price. Items are credited to your account when they reach the Star Clippers warehouse. Your statutory rights are not affected.
